Career counselling had been on my mind for quite some time, especially with my daughter stepping into Class 10 (CBSE). I was looking for some guidance to help her understand the various options and make informed choices about her future. When Aarthi, who has been a dear friend for most of my life, mentioned that she was into career counselling, it honestly felt like an opportunity had come knocking right when we needed it! The counselling and assessment sessions were really good and opened our minds to so many possibilities that we hadn''t even thought of earlier. Aarthi helped us understand my daughter''s strengths and areas where she could improve, and more importantly, how to build on her strengths and explore career paths that align with them. Her suggestions on study patterns and ways to approach learning were equally helpful and much appreciated. Overall, it was a very useful and enriching experience. I''m grateful to Arathi, who also happens to be a good friend, for personally guiding my daughter through every step of her career counselling journey. She took the time to truly understand my daughter''s strengths and helped us see them clearly, something we hadn''t been able to pinpoint on our own.
