I'm a software engineer with 25 years of experience with different roles and domains worked with. Last role served was as a Software Engineering Manager with an Indonesian e-commerce company. In my career I was keen on develpong my team by means of mentoring and coaching. With my direct reportees I had the habit of having regular one-on-one sessions meant for fostering their motivation towards work, strengthenng their positive qualities and suggestions for any improvements in areas that require improvements and frequent check-ins to track the progress. I was also instrumental in having regular knoldege sharig sessions within the team. Career growth of my colleagues was one of my top priority almost at par with delivery needs.
